Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines, plus 3–5 years of field sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share in the regional territory.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods of attaining business.
• Implement strategic business plans to achieve a 10% annual market-share increase.
• Direct the demonstration process for qualified target accounts and pursue closes.
• Coordinate pre-demo activities with Clinical Sales Specialist for successful demos.
• Nurture accounts through routine calls, demos, in-services, and a positive attitude.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management and hospital staff.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment in clinical settings.
• Provide educational materials in the field.
• Become expert in reprocessing techniques required by AER products.
• Support VIP customers as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Product Development on clinical evaluations of new/proposed products.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to supervisor; provide monthly sales forecasts.
• Maintain customer data for future databases and attend local/regional/national trade shows.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
