The role focuses on driving sales revenue, expanding market share, and educating customers on our endoscopic and imaging solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 3–5 years of field sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3–5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share in the regional territory.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods.
• Lead strategic plans to attain 10% annual market share growth.
• Direct the clinical demonstration process for qualified target accounts.
• Coordinate pre-demo process with Clinical Sales Specialist.
• Nurture current accounts through calls, demos, and in-service sessions.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Train customers on proper equipment use in clinical settings.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and monthly sales forecasts.
