Job summary
Providence is seeking an End User Support professional to resolve caregiver issues and facilitate IT service deployments at Covenant Medical Center in Texas. You will provide timely, accurate IT support to caregivers, partners, and customers while upholding a culture of patient-focused care within Providence Shared Services.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or current IT certifications and familiarity with knowledge management tools.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in technical support or at least one current certification in technology related field.
- Experience using Knowledge management tools.
- Preferred certifications listed include A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of support to resolve caregivers' issues, fulfill requests for IT services, and facilitate technical project deployments.
- Deliver timely and accurate Information Technology support to Providence caregivers, partners, and customers.
- Support Enterprise Information Services team with a focus on positive customer service experience.
