Job summary
Danfoss is seeking a Sales Driver, Hydronics to lead North America growth from a remote U.S.-based location. You will drive energy‑efficient solutions across data centers, chillers, heat pumps, and commercial buildings, partnering with sales, product management, and marketing to translate market needs into compelling value propositions.
Key duties include developing the NA hydronics growth strategy, converting opportunities with OEMs, consultants, and contractors, and aligning product strategy
Qualifications
- Significant experience in HVAC, hydronics, chillers, or thermal management solutions with a strong sales track record.
- Experience with chilled water applications, building HVAC systems, or related commercial projects.
- Background as mechanical or electrical engineer and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% across North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North America hydronics growth strategy to expand market share and revenue.
- Partner with sales teams and strategic customers to convert opportunities into profitable wins.
- Position the hydronics portfolio with compelling value propositions and differentiation.
- Collaborate across product management, technical support, and marketing to align needs with strategy.
- Improve commercial performance through pipeline management, pricing execution, and sales enablement.
