You will collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, operations and product management to create differentiated value propositions, maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in industrial sales or business development.
• Proven track record in growth strategies and complex opportunities.
• Experience leading commercial teams with hunting mindset.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of BDMs and Market Development Analysts across North America.
• Develop strategic business development plan for national accounts, OEMs, and growth segments.
• Create data-driven hunting with CRM, BI, and AI insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and operations to craft value propositions.
• Maintain robust opportunity pipeline and accurate Salesforce reporting.
