Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking an IT Engineer to provide deskside and remote support for Windows and Mac, manage SCCM and Intune deployments, and ensure imaging and patch management.

The role focuses on end-user issue troubleshooting, software distribution, and Zscaler; experience designing SCCM workflows and migrations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM design and migration from other tools.
• Imaging and patch management experience.
• Desktop support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues via remote and on-site support.
• Strong communication skills.

• Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
• Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues

• Zscaler troubleshooting
• The Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
• Should be able to understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10
• Must have prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy

Must have prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools

Salary Range: $ 65,000-$ 85,000 a year
