Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a focused Deskside IT Support specialist in Washington to deliver on-site assistance for business users, manage hardware deployments and IMAC activities, and resolve issues across Microsoft tools and VPN. Qualifications
- Experience with deskside IT support and on-site service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with IMAC activities and inventory management.
- Hands-on IT troubleshooting across Microsoft tools and VPN.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and AD environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for desktops and peripherals.
- Deploy hardware and OS refresh activities.
- Manage incidents in ServiceNow.
- Maintain asset inventory and configuration in ServiceNow.
- Provide AV support in meeting rooms.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
