Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support for Windows, MacBook, printers, and software.
• Administer imaging and patch management, software distribution, and O365 support.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and perform remote desktop tasks end-to-end.
• Design and implement SCCM and Intune configurations for Windows 10.
• Assist in migration projects involving SCCM from legacy tools.
