Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a CHB Operations Associate to coordinate and execute shipments for a subset of client accounts, ensuring service levels are met daily.

You will handle customs entries, coordinate with forwarders and carriers, manage documentation, and complete billing and tracking to keep shipments moving smoothly. Strong CHB knowledge, communication, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CHB experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own CHB operations services for assigned customers; coordinate shipments from start to finish.
• Process customs entries and PGA for clearance of goods.
• Coordinate with forwarders, Steamship Lines, Airlines for timely release.
• Complete tracking, billing, and required reports.
• Maintain customer SOPs and updates as needed.
