Anthropic is seeking an experienced enablement professional to build a Sales Leader Enablement program within the GTM Productivity team. You will design onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs to ramp sales managers, drive consistent processes, and scale globally.

You will translate complex AI concepts and sales workflows into clear programs, shaping a foundation for leadership development with measurable outcomes. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect from scratch.

Qualifications

• Direct experience deploying a sales methodology across a distributed team.
• Experience building enablement programs from scratch in fast-growing environments.
• Strong presence delivering training to managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable onboarding for sales leadership and ongoing development.
• Roll out a unified sales methodology with executive sponsorship.
• Embed methodology into coaching cadences, deal reviews, and forecasting.
• Define leading indicators of manager and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops to tailor messaging and training.
