Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high-fidelity medical training at Fort Lewis, WA, and across MSTC sites. You will operate simulators, maintain certifications, and execute scenario-based training for 68W and CLS/CM/CP programs.

Role combines classroom and field work with robust documentation and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN/PA/MD/DO license and EMT certification, with prior military medical training and TC3/EMS instruction

Qualifications

• Candidate must have current medical certifications (RN/PA/MD/DO) and EMT licensure.
• Prior 68W/18D or equivalent military medical training preferred.
• Experience with TC3, EMS training, and medical simulation is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMT/TC3 training across tiers in classroom and field settings.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training with simulators and moulage.
• Operate MSTC systems and maintain training records and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and certification requirements.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate training quality and safety.
