Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). You will operate simulation systems, maintain certifications, and support field and classroom training for 68W sustainment and CLS programs at Fort Lewis, WA, with duties across CONUS/OCONUS MSTC sites.

The role requires current medical credentials, strong documentation and reporting skills, and the ability to instruct mixed military

Qualifications

• Military medical background or licensed clinician required.
• Ability to deliver emergency medical and tactical trauma training.
• Experience with high‑fidelity medical simulation and MSR/AAR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic training and CLS for non‑medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and reporting.
• Support field and classroom training across multiple MSTC sites.
