Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center. The role requires delivering high‑fidelity training, operating simulation systems, and maintaining certifications, located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• Qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background required.
• Current medical certifications required (NREMT, BLS).
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS initial/sustainment and 68W sustainment training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2) and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain certifications and training records; document and report outcomes.
