Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and MSTC support in Fort Hood, Texas. You will deliver high‑fidelity medical training, operate simulation systems, and maintain certifications in classroom and field environments.

Responsibilities include TC3 training delivery across four tiers, scenario development, equipment maintenance, and training records.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D NCO, ALC Graduate; Former Navy NEC 8404 or Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6+; Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service, E-6+; Currently licensed RN, PA, or MD/DO.
• National Registry EMT or higher; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS initial/sustainment training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Support field and classroom training in a high-fidelity environment.
