Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction within a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. You will deliver high-fidelity medical training, operate simulation systems, and maintain certifications in Fort Riley, Kansas.

You will handle classroom, lab, and field training, follow MEDCoE directives, and support a minimum throughput of 2,500 68W students annually across MSTC sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct across classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Maintain current medical certifications and adhere to training standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers: ASM, CLS, CM, CP.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain training records, rosters, and evaluations; report outcomes.
• Ensure content and instruction meet medical proponent standards and contractual requirements.
