Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). This role delivers high-fidelity medical training and operates simulation systems in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, maintaining certifications and supporting training against contractual standards.

Responsibilities include TC3 instruction across tiers, scenario development, equipment maintenance, and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have current required medical certifications and military medical or licensed clinical background.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Prior MSTC or medical simulation training center experience preferred.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations in classroom, laboratory, and field settings.
• Must maintain certifications and adhere to contract standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers and instruct CLS training to non-medical personnel.
• Instruct in classroom, laboratory, and field environments with proper instructor-to-student ratios.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Document training records, evaluations, and after-action reviews.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance on simulators and training aids.
• Contribute to monthly staffing reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
