Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment. The role involves operating simulators, maintaining certifications, and supporting classroom and field training to meet contractual performance standards at Fort Lewis, WA, with additional MSTC sites across CONUS/OCONUS.

The candidate must hold current medical credentials, deliver TC3 instruction for 68W sustainment, and manage training

Qualifications

• Must have qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background.
• Current required medical certifications and experience in high‑fidelity medical simulation.
• Ability to instruct mixed‑experience military populations in classroom, lab and field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III and CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS for non‑medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Document training records, performance evaluations, and AARs.
• Maintain equipment and notify COR on consumables and issues.
