Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide high-fidelity medical training within a Medical Simulation Training Center environment at Fort Lewis, WA. You will deliver standardized EMT instruction, operate simulation systems, maintain certifications, and support training execution per contract standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold active medical certification (NREMT EMT or higher) and BLS.
• Former 68W or 18D NCO or equivalent military medical background.
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers (ASM, CLS, CM, CP).
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS training to non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training records and post-event evaluations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on simulators and training devices.
