All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The role requires operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training to contractual performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current medical certifications (EMT/NREMT or higher)
• Experience delivering emergency medicine or tactical trauma training
• Ability to instruct mixed military populations in classroom, lab, and field settings
• Proficiency with MS Office and training documentation/records management
• Strong adherence to training standards, risk management, and certification requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-fidelity medical training across all tiers (ASM, CLS, CM, CP)
• Instruct 68W sustainment training for medical and non-medical personnel
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios
• Maintain instructor‑to‑student ratios per MEDCoE and course directives
• Document training outcomes, incidents, and AARs; contribute to MSR data
• Maintain and calibrate medical simulators and related equipment
• Ensure content is approved by medical proponents and aligned with TC8‑800 requirements
