Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training within a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Fort Hood, Texas. The role requires operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution to contract standards in classroom and field settings.

Candidates will provide TC3 instruction to Soldiers across tiers, manage training scenarios with moulage and effects, and ensure compliant, timely

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver emergency medical training to military personnel.
• Proficient in using patient simulators and related MSTC equipment.
• Experience in scenario development and evaluation using TC3 standards.
• Familiarity with moulage techniques and high-fidelity simulations.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV
• Instruct CLS/Sustainment training to non-medical personnel
• Conduct training in classroom, lab, and field environments
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives
• Assess students’ critical thinking and psychomotor skills in simulated settings
• Support throughput target of 2,500 68W students annually across MSTC sites
