All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) and to operate simulation systems in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The role requires current medical certifications and the ability to train both novice and experienced personnel in classroom and field settings.

Qualifications

• Must deliver TC3 training across four tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS to non-medical personnel.
• Experience teaching in classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Assess students using grading sheets and ensure content is approved by medical proponent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers.
• Instruct CLS initial and sustainment training.
• Conduct classroom, lab, and field training and evaluation.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Assess students and document performance with grading sheets.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain training records and AAR documentation.
