Qualifications

• State licensure in responsible role: EMT-B / EMT-A / EMT-I / EMT-P / LPN/LVN / RN
• Current CPR and AED certification
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience
• FDA training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility and informed consent processes
• Manage donor adverse events and donor transport to care
• Review laboratory test results including SPE
• Provide center-level support for EHS and medical guidance
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed
• Support employee vaccination programs (Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu)
• Coordinate with Center Manager and Center Physician for operational guidance
