BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is hiring Medical Support Specialists in Springfield, MO to assess donors, determine eligibility, manage adverse events, and review laboratory results within SOPs to support safe plasma collection.

You will work under the Center Manager and Center Physician, participate in vaccination programs, and help maintain regulatory compliance and donor safety in a patient‑centered environment with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT in state (B/A/I/P) or RN/LPN
• CPR/AED certification current
• Two years clinical/hospital experience
• Basic IV therapy requirements per state

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility following informed consent, medical history, and exam
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for staff
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs
