Qualifications

• Current EMT license in the governing state.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility with consent and screening.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance.
