Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks an experienced Medical Support Specialist to support donor safety and plasma collection operations. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and monitor donor status with guidance from the Center Manager and Center Physician.

Role requires EMT licensing (EMT-B/A/I/P) or nursing licensure (LPN/LVN/RN), CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current EMT license in state of assignment (EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-I, EMT-P).
• LPN/LVN or RN licensure may be required depending on state.
• Current CPR and AED certification; FDA training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility following informed consent, medical history, physical exam, and tests.
• Evaluate donor reactions per SOP and arrange appropriate care.
