Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent including nursing program credential with state requirements.
• Current EMT/Basic, Advanced, Intermediate or Paramedic license; LPN/LVN or RN licensure.
• CPR and AED certifications up to date.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, AIDS education and self-exclusion, and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs and center standing orders.
• Refer complex medical concerns to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
• Support employee vaccination programs (Hepatitis B, Seasonal Flu).
• Manage incidents with Occupational Health/EHS guidance; assist in investigations.
