Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to assess donors, determine eligibility, and manage donor safety under the guidance of a Center Physician. The role emphasizes clinical assessment, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the Center Manager to ensure smooth plasma donation center operations.

The position requires EMT certification (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P) or RN/LPN/ LVN in-state licensure, CPR/AED, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified in the state of responsibility.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and informed consent.
• Manage donor adverse events and review lab results.
• Support donor safety and eligibility under physician guidance.
• Assist with vaccination programs and incident management.
