Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to assess donor eligibility, monitor donor safety, and review lab test results in a plasma donation center. You will operate under the Center Manager and Center Physician guidance to ensure medical quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires EMT or nursing licensure in the assignment state, CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical or hospital setting. Competitive benefits and support programs are offered.

Qualifications

• EMT and nursing licensure current in the applicable state.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings.
• Support vaccination programs such as Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu.
