Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational policies in the communication center.
• Ensure CAD and 9-1-1 systems are used correctly and compliant with policies.
• Coordinate with EMS agencies, public safety, and other PSAPs.
• Attend regularly scheduled administrative meetings with operational work groups.
