Job summary

Veiovis LLC in Guam is seeking an EMR Trainer to join the eClinicalWorks team that supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will ensure that the system and personnel using it adhere to core organizational values.

Responsibilities include staff training on EMR use, testing workflows, reporting, and providing first-level system support. You will document issues, coordinate with IT, and help implement current ICD/EMR updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Associate Degree or two-year course in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical field.
• Effective team player with good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ethics and personal integrity.
• Basic familiarity with healthcare laws and requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office programs including Excel.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge on EMR applications and functionality.
• Provide software support calls regarding clinical applications.
• Coordinate with IT Support Services and Infrastructure staff to resolve EMR issues.
• Document and track EMR problems and resolutions using the IT Ticket System.
• Conduct random chart audits to ensure accuracy of medical records.
• Train staff on EMR usage and template creation/modification.
