Claremedica is seeking an EMR Training and Support Specialist to empower clinical and administrative staff to use the EMR system effectively. You will deliver role-based training, resolve user issues, and promote efficient workflows that align with value-based care goals.

This role requires 2–4 years of EMR training in healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to work independently across locations. Travel to centers for trainings and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EMR training and support in a healthcare environment (required).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations (preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver engaging, role-based EMR training and provide ongoing support (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMR training to clinical and administrative staff across locations.
• Provide timely, hands-on technical support and resolve system issues.
• Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live activities for EMR deployments.
• Document issues and opportunities to support system optimization and adoption.
