Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Trainer to provide hands-on EMR training, new-hire education, workflow optimization, and go-live support for Arizona clinics.

Hybrid role with in-office training on Mondays and Tuesdays and on-site clinic training Wednesdays through Fridays, covering statewide travel. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as an eCW Trainer is required.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of EMR workflows across front office, back office, clinical, billing.
• Experience using or supporting the eCW ticket system.
• Ability to provide remote training via Teams and other tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-practice eClinicalWorks training to new hires and staff.
• Conduct structured new-hire training sessions each Monday and Tuesday.
• Travel to clinic locations across Arizona for go-live and on-site training.
• Train users on applicable eCW workflows for front/back office, clinical, billing.
• Deliver in-person and remote training sessions using Teams and approved tech.
• Provide ongoing education and refresher training for existing users.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot EMR-related issues and tickets.
• Participate in full eCW implementation projects and provider onboarding.
• Support clinic transitions and optimize eCW workflows across locations.
