Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to implement and maintain the eClinicalWorks EMR ecosystem across multiple care centers. You will work with IT and clinical staff to support configurations, development, validation, and project execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires collaboration with providers and leadership, documentation of standards, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting an ambulatory EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Experience with vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, configuration and support of the eClinicalWorks EMR and related systems (PM, online scheduling, patient messaging, patient portal).
• Document standards and guidelines for EMR configuration and use.
• Identify and implement optimization and process improvements within the EMR.
• Assist in integration of ancillary systems and biomedical devices into the EMR.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills; travel up to 20%.
