Job summary

Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks an EMR Trainer to educate staff on NextGen features, documentation workflows, and CMS quality programs. Training spans classrooms, on-site, and Go Live support across JWCH sites.

You will develop training materials, run quizzes, perform audits, and provide tier-1 support for NextGen and related apps. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; healthcare/FQHC experience is a plus, vaccination is encouraged as part of workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong training/facilitation skills, healthcare/NextGen EMR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Visio/SharePoint a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
• FQHC experience and bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 recommended for JWCH workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide NextGen training and support to new employees (Front/Back/Clinical).
• Train in classroom and on-site settings; develop training curricula.
• Document workflows for NextGen ICs, EPM, EHR and EDR for Revenue Cycle and Clinical ops.
• Create quizzes and follow-up training sessions; perform activity audits.
• Provide tier 1 end-user support for NextGen and related apps; liaise with IT/vendors.
• Maintain training materials and collaborate with Clinic Administrators on best practices.
