ScionHealth is seeking a Clinic EMR Support Specialist to serve as the primary resource for training, support, and troubleshooting of the EMR system within physician practices. You will collaborate with clinic staff, administration, and IT to facilitate EMR development, workflow analysis, optimization, implementation, and content training.

The role ensures efficient use of EMR systems by clinical and non-clinical users, contributing to improved practice operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience training clinical and non-clinical users on EMR systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical and non-clinical users of the EMR system.
• Support onboarding and EMR setup for new provider offices and clinical departments.
• Test, evaluate, and implement new EMR software features and system updates.
• Analyze clinical workflows, data processes, and technical issues to enhance system efficiency.
• Document software training procedures and user guides.
• Implement and prioritize requested system changes.
• Resolve EMR-related issues through helpdesk calls and on-site visits; conduct root cause analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with EMR vendors and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Identify and apply best practices in EMR training and system implementation.
