Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking an IT Clinical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training for the eClinicalWorks EMR and related tools. You’ll run the LMS, ensure data integrity, coordinate upgrades, and develop interactive content for diverse learners.

The role partners with Compliance, Risk, Clinical Operations and HR to tailor training, analyze needs, and drive engagement. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in LMS administration, instructional design or corporate training.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training on Axia’s EMR (eClinicalWorks) and related tech in multiple formats.
• Oversee LMS administration, ensure data integrity and schedule system upgrades.
• Design and evaluate comprehensive training programs across modalities.
• Create instructional materials including lesson plans, storyboards, quizzes, and guides.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Clinical Operations and HR on training needs.
• Conduct needs analyses with department heads to align with objectives.
• Generate data-driven LMS usage and training progress reports for leadership.
• Serve as SME and advisor for cross-functional teams on training improvements.
• Provide pre- and post-go-live support for IT initiatives and training.
• Use Adobe Captivate and MS Office to create engaging content.
