Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk ticket queue for EMR and IT issues.
• Create documentation to be used by internal IT staff and end users.
• Acts as technology support to agency end users via phone, video and in person scenarios for computers and phones.
• User access management; creating and managing user accounts.
• Trains users in startup, basic and advanced use of software programs including EMR databases and Microsoft Office.
• Assists in evaluation and testing of software and planning for future needs.
• Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the agency.
