Job summary

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a PC Specialist to independently maintain IBM-compatible PCs across the hospital and parent corporation in Brattleboro, Vermont. You will provide technical knowledge of PC operating systems and common applications, analyze and resolve PC hardware/software issues, and train users on PC hardware and software.

Collaborate with the Network Manager on PC allocation and communications problems, manage organization phones, and document procedures for IS staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years experience with PC operations, configuration and problem analysis required.
• Experience in application support and the structured training of users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all IBM-compatible PCs throughout Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and parent corporation.
• Configures PCs for users and related doctors' offices.
