Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process medical records requests in two EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal privacy regulations.
• Process disclosures through the disclosure management system.
• Perform audits of records access for compliance.
• Liaise with NCSS, physicians, and requestors.
