Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, Information Technology or CompTIA A+ Certification required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staff access to patient databases and information with high availability.
• Uses Helpdesk system to log, track and close tickets.
• Installs, configures, and maintains PCs and EMR/non-clinical software.
• Assists users with password resets and Active Directory/EMR access.
