Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Three years experience with PC operations, configuration and problem analysis required.
• Experience in application support and the structured training of users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains IBM-compatible PCs hospital-wide and in the parent corporation.
• Analyzes and resolves PC hardware/software issues.
• Configures PCs for users and doctors’ offices.
• Trains users on PC hardware and software usage.
• Coordinates PC allocation with Network Manager and troubleshoots PC communication problems.
• Manages phones and administers the phone system as required.
• Documents procedures for IS staff use.
