This role is an integral to the IT team providing software, network computer and printer support, training and troubleshooting. It assists employees with Enterprise Applications, including, but not limited to, the Electronic Medical Records System, Windows, and MS application as in MS Office.

Summer of Duties

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $26.86 - $27.95 per hour.

Qualifications

Summary of Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or college level coursework which includes fifteen computer science credits and one year of IT Support experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and passionate about assisting and effectively establishing and maintaining working relationships.
• Strong communication, training, organization, time management and troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users, orally and in writing.
• Sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
• Ability to independently perform all the duties of the position efficiently and effectively.
