Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and active licensure as a mental health professional.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking.
• Proficiency with Office apps and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential clinical services to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Consult with HR, Occupational Health, and supervisors on workplace issues (risk, conflict).
• Coordinate with HR on fitness for duty and return-to-work.
• Maintain timely case documentation ensuring confidentiality and ethics.
• Deliver trainings on EAP services and well-being.
• Develop referrals and community partnerships; improve programs.
