Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks an EAP Consultant to provide clinical assessment, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up support to employees and their household members. The role includes organizational consultation, training, and leading well-being initiatives to promote employee health.

The candidate will collaborate with Occupational Health, Employee Relations, and HR, delivering high-impact projects and maintaining strong partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, and experience in an Employee Assistance Program required
• LICSW and LMHC licensure required in Massachusetts
• Experience collaborating with HR, Occupational Health, and managers on employee-related issues

Responsibilities

• Offers confidential behavioral health assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, and follow-up support to employees and their household members.
• Adheres to confidentiality, ethics, and documentation standards for program evaluation.
• Acts as liaison between clients and supervisors with permission, consulting with managers and HR on issues.
• Works with Occupational Health, Employee Relations, and HR to address employee concerns and coordinate care.
• Maintains and updates a network of referral resources for high-quality support.
• Delivers orientations, well-being trainings, and workshops to promote EAP services and workplace mental health.
