Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite/virtual EAP services in Boston, MA. This is a work-site based full-time/contract position (40 hours per week).

The Onsite EAP Clinician will support supervisory initiatives to identify and assess employee wellbeing concerns, provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees and departments, and may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and licensure.
• Post-graduate clinical experience required.
• Current independent state license to practice.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Strong MS Office familiarity.
• Experience with work-related issues.
• EAP experience preferred.
• Experience in trauma.
• CEAP credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic).
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees.
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions.
• Provides Management Consultations.
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response.
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities.
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction.
