Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an EAP Consultant to provide clinical assessment, short-term counseling, referrals, case management, and follow-up support to employees and household members. You will lead organizational consultation, trainings, and build partnerships to promote employee well-being.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, LICSW/LMHC preferred, and 2–3 years of hospital-based counseling experience, with hybrid work in Boston.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, and experience in an Employee Assistance Program required
• Master's Degree Social Work, Counseling, or related field required; LICSW/LMHC licenses preferred per job postings

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential behavioral health assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, and follow-up support to employees and their household members.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health, Employee Relations, and HR on employee or workgroup issues.
• Deliver orientations, well-being trainings, and workshops to promote EAP services and workplace mental health.
• Develop EAP training and work independently, communicating complex clinical issues to EAP management.
