Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) to support leaders with disciplinary actions, PIPs, and termination reviews across the organization. The ERBP will partner with the ER team, HR Business Partners, and Legal to provide guidance that aligns with company values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's in HR or related field with HR/employee relations experience; strong communication and data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field with 2 years' HR/employee relations experience; master’s or 6+ years optional.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on employee disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
• Review actions using Workday and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with ER team, HRBPs, Legal and other internal teams.
