Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to deliver tactical HR investigations and advisory support to managers and employees, ensuring fair processes across local regulations.

The role analyzes data to monitor trends and minimizes legal risk by guiding policy interpretation and collaboration with HRBPs and Legal teams. Key responsibilities include managing case administration in ServiceNow/Navex, supporting performance management, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or four additional years of required experience.
• Five or more years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans and conducting fair, neutral investigations.
• Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems.
• Provide supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management and Legal teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance.
