Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to deliver tactical HR Investigations and guidance across regions. You will support managers and employees, interpret policies, and collaborate with legal and COEs to minimize legal risk.

Responsibilities include leading investigations in ServiceNow/Navex, advising on disciplinary actions and terminations, and analyzing trends to inform proactive risk mitigation. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience required.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws at federal, state and local levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations from plan to completion with neutral handling.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolutions, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and regulatory compliance.
