Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER guidance to managers and staff, conduct HR investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions and terminations.

You will oversee case management in ServiceNow and Navex, analyze ER trends, and help reduce legal risk through policy interpretation and proactive HR support. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR compliance or employee relations, strong negotiation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field; or, four additional years of required experience.
• Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, intermediate level.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations and manage case administration in ServiceNow and Navex systems.
• Provide supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management/Legal teams to craft solutions for complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance with labor agreements as applicable.
